What is your minimum order value?
Currently we have no minimum order. We have a minimum item quantity of 3.
Could you send me a catalogue?
As we represent many artists and have many designs on our website, it would be very difficult to show all the amazing designs and products in one pdf catalogue. For this reason, our website is our catalogue :). To make things easier, we have created collections on our site of popular products and themes. Please navigate to the ‘Collections’ tab on the homepage.
Most designs can be printed on all products. If you see a design you like, please click on the title and this will bring up a range of products the same design can be printed on.
Where are your products printed?
All products are hand printed in the UK. Most products are printed in our studio just outside London, with the exception of our cushions which are hand printed in the North of England.
What are your delivery charges? Free carriage?
Delivery is calculated when invoicing and is calculated by weight.
For UK mainland orders free delivery* on orders on or over £250 ex VAT. *Free delivery on ALL products with the exception of cushions and deck chairs.

For Europe and International orders please email firstname.lastname@example.org your estimated order and delivery address and we will work out shipping costs for you, before you confirm to buy.
Do you offer credit accounts?
Yes, we offer 30-day credit after you have placed 1 pro-forma order with us.
How do I pay for my order?
For all orders we invoice you in your preferred currency, either GBP, EUR or USD, and accept BACS payments.
We will accept payment via PayPal if the PayPal fee is included in the payment.
Can I add an item or change my order after I have placed it?
If you would like to add to your order this is very simple! Please create an additional new order online. Or email email@example.com your additional order. We will then add your orders together on one invoice.
If you would like to amend your order, unfortunately you can not do this online, but please email firstname.lastname@example.org who can do this for you.
Can I use the images shown on your website?
Yes of course! You are welcome to use the images on our website. Please right click on the image and select 'Save As'. Or please email email@example.com who will email these to you.
Do you offer exclusivity?
When approving accounts, we always take into consideration the location of existing stockists and the ranges they carry to prevent customer conflict. We are happy to discuss exclusivity for those that can fulfil full production MOQs.
If we are concerned that there may be a customer conflict, we will always contact our current stockist first, to check with them before accepting new accounts.
Are you products eco-friendly?
We are constantly working towards improving the sustainability of our products and all our blank products are carefully sourced from UK suppliers. We work closely with The Royal Trinity Hospice charity, where we donate all misprinted products to the chairty for them to sell in their shops in London. Any profit made from sales in their shops goes straight to the charity to help provide hospice care, supporting patients and their families from the moment of their diagnosis up to the end of their life. Donations to their shops help raise vital funds to provide expert care to 2,500 individuals and their families and carers each year.
