Order, Dispatch & Delivery
How to Order
There are three ways you can place an order with us:
Ordering online is very simple! You will need to register with us. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your company name. Laura will email you back your own personal wholesale login.
Once you have your wholesale login you can order on the website. Once logged in you will see all trade prices and products.
To place an order – Login, add products to basket then click ‘Check Out’ and follow the process. Once you click ‘Confirm’ no payment is taken, this order just gets sent straight to us where we will start printing your products and invoice you. You will receive an email within 12 hours confirming we have received your order.
Currently we have no minimum order. We have a minimum item quantity of 3.
As all items are custom printed to order, our usual delivery time is within 1-2 weeks. If you require these sooner please email email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
We ask for payment within 30 days of order date. New customers are required to pay for their first order on a pro-forma basis.
For all orders we invoice you in your preferred currency, either GBP, EUR or USD. We accept BACS or bank transfer only. We will accept payment via PayPal if the PayPal fee is included in the payment.
UK Mainland Delivery
Delivery is calculated when invoicing and is calculated by weight. Free delivery* on UK orders on or over £250 ex VAT.
*Free delivery on ALL products with the exception of cushions and deck chairs.

Europe and International Delivery
Delivery is calculated when invoicing and is calculated by weight. If you are concerned about international shipping costs, please email firstname.lastname@example.org your estimated order and delivery address and we will work out shipping costs for you, before you confirm to buy.
