Katie is a recent Printed Textiles and Surface Pattern Design graduate from Leeds College of Art.
With a strong interest in print design Katie's work utilises digital techniques to create trend led designs. Katie has developed a unique way of working combining both digital and drawing skills through a graphics tablet to create detailed and intricate drawings.
As a trend conscious designer and consumer, Katie is constantly on the look out for new trends. Using this as a solid base for her research, and to help develop her concepts and ideas. Most importantly these trends are used as a platform to create new ideas, creating her own style.
