Claire is a print artist who uses both traditional and digital print techniques to explore natural forms, landscapes, colour and light. She completed her Art and Design HND in 2017 and set up 'Claire Carrington Designs' to develop her own style, combining graphic illustration with hand-crafted texture.
Working from her home studio in rural Lincolnshire - a county of big open skies and quirky place names - Claire creates layered images inspired by her love of the natural world and the changing seasons.
She uses collograph and mono-print techniques and combines these with digital illustration to build layers of interest and depth.
