I am a professional artist specializing in laid fibre painting and wet/needle felt painting. I also do some digital art. I live in Thurso on Scotland’s rugged North Coast. I use the traditional techniques of wet felting, needle felting and raised and freehand embroidery to create paintings with a more contemporary feel. I also create laid fibre paintings which is a more unique and unusual way of creating art with softer and more dreamlike results.
